This serious seafood market is perched on a rolling 'Bu hillside with a great view of the Pacific, and if that's not enough of an endorsement, my fish tasted like it had been caught five minutes before they put it on my plate. It does seem like a small salad upon first bite, but if you mix it up, the tender grilled poisson at the bottom is one of the freshest catches around.
