As summertime nears I find myself craving the taste of summer rolls. These cheap treats do just the trick. Filled with Vietnamese pork sausage, rice noodles, lettuce, carrots and cucumbers and served your choice of fish or hoisin peanut sauce. The generous fillings make for a very substantial snack.
