The Crushery calls this a stuffed brownie. I call it a brownie on the verge of a meltdown. In a good way. Almost too big to fit in the box, this gooey, fudgy slab is heated, halved, and filled to bursting with a two-inch-thick layer of cream cheese and peanut butter sprinkled with chocolate chips and sliced almonds. Then it’s topped with a dollop of whipped cream topped in turn with yet more chocolate chips and sliced almonds, which promptly starts to slide down the warm sides to form a veritable dessert soup—served with a side of Nutella. Talk about a fine mess.
