The line gets long at this cart every morning as they quickly prepare rice noodle dishes, tripe, fish balls, and congee. With 3 people ahead of me, I waited for less than 2 minutes. Quick service and great food. It would make for a great breakfast on the go when you cant wait on line at the deli. Cart located on the corner of Canal Street and Centre Street.
