These little spongy spicy orbs of fish goodness stuck out at me on the menu – literally. The skewers poke out of a bucket by the cashier window, so I decided to give them a try. The four globes are slightly covered in red pepper flakes - enough to deliver a kick, but not too much, setting your mouth on fire. I expected a crispy crust when I bit into the little balls, but they’re light, squishy and not overly fishy (thank goodness).
