As no-frills as the name (never mind the counter service—those ladies mean business!), this taqueria’s beloved for one thing and one thing only. Luckily, it’s a big thing: the entire menu. But it’s the tacos, of course, that come first—simplicity themselves on two coaster-sized corn tortillas marked by a bull’s eye of glistening, chopped roasted beef, onions, cilantro, and salsa with less of a hard kick than a hearty slap on the back. (At least something’s friendly around here.)
