This delicious Chinese steamed sweet roll is filled with smoky, barbecued pork. The two flavors are delicious together. It’s a great, satiating midday snack. While I hear you can find this dish for cheaper in the International District, I can’t complain about the price and the convenient Pike Place Market location.
