A guilty pleasure of the greasy kind, the huge sesame pancakes at Vanessa's Dumpling House are fried crisp in oil, cut into wedges, slit horizontally, and filled with shredded carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, and your greasy protein of choice. The lean beef is my standby, but when I feel naughty, I get the duck, which comes with lots of fatty slices with skin. If duck fat and skin scares you, you don't know what you're missing.
