I had my dim sum virginity taken away by the stuffed eggplant dumplings at Furama this weekend, and I loved it! This isn't your run of the mill Italian eggplant with chewy texture, but rather a soft, gooey bite full of bliss stuffed with a fried tofu and shrimp. The dumplings floated in an addictive broth that was most likely MSG-laden but totally worth it. By the time I had my first bite, I was already flagging down the dim sum cart for another serving!
