This little beauty right here is what I crave at 3am. Its airy-yet-dense, pure white outer dough is slightly sweet, creating an addictive interplay with the garlicky, peppery ground pork tucked inside. A thin slice of Chinese sausage and quail egg add textural variety. I'm imagining holding this in one hand and a glass of Singha in the other. Banh wow!
