There are tons of dirt-cheap deals at the Dumpling House in Chinatown, but the fried pork buns are one of the best. A savory mix of pork, water chestnuts and other vegetables are packed into every springy bun, which come three to an order. As for the rest of the menu, avoid soup and noodle dishes and just stick to everything bun and dumpling related.
