These meatballs look horrible, I'll grant you that--but big, greasy meatballs sitting in a butcher shop counter covered with cream sauce are likely to scare off even hardened street-meat enthusiast like myself. But the cream sauce was surprisingly delicate, and the little floral notes introduced by the copious fresh dill added some brightness and the big, greasy meatballs were even more satisfying than I had hoped. Three of these things and you're good to go.
