While I do sing the praises of this vegetarian meatloaf substitute (it's tasty, vaguely meaty and topped with this tangy barbecue-like sauce that would probably entice me to eat my own shoe should it be covered in it), the all-veg restaurant itself is beyond weird. It's run by a group of supporters (cult-members?) of Sri Chinmoy--the late spiritual leader and philosopher--and his little doodle drawings and books of nonsensical poetry are everywhere. Best to order take-out, which I do regularly.
