Two words: hangover cure. A couple of these deep-fried mashed potato balls stuffed with ground beef, onion and pepper, plus a cup of strong coffee, would set anyone right after a night of too much partying. I love the contrast between the crunchy exterior and fluffy potatoes. It's a tad salty and greasy, but what good snack food isn't?
