Bouley's little bites of French ingenuity were the best we've had in a while--fresh, chewy, sweet, buttery and made with natural flavors like chestnut, white chocolate, pistachio, ginger and blackberry. We'd be hard-pressed to stop at one of these buggers, but three or four make for a light, yet soul-sating snack.
