Oysters are only a buck-fifty all day, everyday at Sotto Mare, and as you can see the presentation is quite classy. The restaurant is dark and festooned with a campy mix of maritime tchochke and mafia memorabilia—welcome to North Beach— but there are a couple of sunny outdoor tables. The total for the meal is actually $8 as you will be wanting a $5 beer to wash those down.
